Does Madina Taklamakan have a physical store?

While we don't have a physical store at the moment. we're excited about the possibility of opening one in the future inshallah, with all your support! in the meantime, don't forget that we ship worldwide!

  

What is pre-orders?

We're thrilled to offer pre-orders for our limited collection, with only 50 pieces available for each style. We want to ensure that everyone who's excited to wear our clothing can secure their favourites before they sell out. We do not restock our limited designs! 

  

 Where are all the clothes manufactured?

We're proudly based in Canada, where our designs originate. However, our Bahar collection is made in India and Uyghur Kizi Collection in Vietnam with the utmost care and precision, thanks to both our exceptional manufacturing partners. Rest assured, our commitment to high quality and attention to detail remains unwavering. 

 

What is your return policy?

At the moment, our return or exchange policy is limited to cases where the item is received in poor condition, so please carefully review the size chart and descriptions provided with references before ordering. If you have any questions about fits and sizing, don't hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.

 

As a small, emerging business, we value every customer's support and want to ensure that our unique clothing finds their perfect homes. We kindly request that customers refrain from returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.

 

If, however, you have a specific reason for return or exchange other than item condition, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs because we are a small business and won't be able to afford everyone's shipping fees. Please make sure the clothing is in pristine condition with tags attached and unworn. Reach out to us via email with your order number, and we'll do our best to assist you.
